Why do Pre Orders take so long?

Our scrubs are now made to order, which means fabric is purchased from our supplier based on the orders placed by our customers. This allows us to order only what is needed and helps us operate in a more environmentally sustainable way.

As your fabric is ordered specifically for your purchase, please allow:

• 8–10 weeks for your fabric to arrive from our supplier

• 7–10 business days for your order to be made

• Your order will then be shipped to you

Please allow up to 3 months from placing your order to shipment.

We understand this is a longer wait than purchasing an in-stock item, and we truly appreciate your patience and support as we work towards a more sustainable way of producing our scrubs.

Please only place an order if you are comfortable with the above timeframe.

How do I look after my scrub top, pants and cap?

For best results, machine wash cotton items in cold or warm water.

Wash colours separately, do not twist/wring.

Do not use hot water as it may shrink the cotton. Use a normal wash cycle and regular detergent (with color safe bleach if desired).

Use a normal wash cycle and regular detergent.

Tumble dry on a low setting, then promptly remove the item from the dryer to avoid wrinkles.

Dry in shade to avoid fading.

Use a hot/warm iron on cotton setting.

Can I order a custom scrub top, scrub pant or scrub cap?

Yes you can pick your fabric at no extra cost, it will need to be 100% cotton or cotton blend. I will do my best to source the fabric for you, please note delivery time will be longer as I will need to source and make the top.

What are the scrub tops, pants and caps made of?

Our scrub tops are made of cotton or cotton blend.

Can I track my order?

All of our packages are shipped with tracking. When you receive your email letting you know your order has been shipped, there will be a tracking number in the email for you to follow the updates of your parcel.
